Ms. Plozizka serves as a Financial Regulation Supervisor for The INS Companies. Her primary responsibilities include providing oversight for life, health, property/casualty, captive and title company financial examinations and developing training programs. She also serves as a Subject Matter Expert on risk-focused examinations, multi-state coordination and ORSA reviews. Ms. Plozizka has over 25 years of audit and examination experience with 17 of those years dedicated to insurance.

Ms. Plozizka has a passion for mentoring fellow professionals and has presented formal training programs at client and SOFE conferences on various financial examination topics including technical risk-focused methodologies and examination efficiencies. In addition to providing formal training, Ms. Plozizka has served as an Examiner-In-Charge and has been instrumental in the development of examination tools for specific tasks such as risk identification and control evaluation.

Ms. Plozizka is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned a B.S. in Accounting. Ms. Plozizka is also a member of AICPA and SOFE. Additionally, Ms. Plozizka holds designations of Certified Financial Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (NC-inactive) and Associate in Risk Management – Enterprise (ARM-E).
