Dr. Matthew Sankey, PHARM-D, MCM

Dr. Sankey serves The INS Companies (INS) as Market Regulation Pharmaceutical Supervisor, where his primary responsibilities include assisting regulatory clients with reviewing formulary information, determining compliance with federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to prescription drug benefits, assisting with claim audits, and performing prescription claim assessments for pharmacies, health plans and pharmacy benefit managers. He also reviews the documentation/policies, approval/denial rates and reporting of the health plans and health providers under examination. Dr. Sankey earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Wilkes University’s Nesbitt School of Pharmacy and holds the following industry designations: Registered Pharmacist (Pharm-D), Market Conduct Management (MCM).
