The INS Companies performs comprehensive, mutli-state, limited/targeted, and risk-focused market regulation examinations in all business lines on behalf of state insurance departments across the country. Our professionals also provide assistance to regulators with mental health parity issues and pharmacy reviews.

Our team also devotes over 1,000 hours to the Insurance Regulatory Examiner Society (IRES) every year in leadership, committees and speaking engagements. We actively follow and support the NAIC’s Market Regulation and Consumer Affairs (D) Committee and its working groups and task forces.
